Valentia and Cahersiveen Day & residential Services
Tigh an Oileáin: is a purpose built seven day community house for six adults with special needs. These residents have relocated back to their native Valentia and are very happy to be at home there. A number of people from the surrounding areas attend a day service in Tigh on a daily basis. Outdoor programmes feature high on the daily agenda, along with art, craft and pottery design and meditation. This group of locals are heavily involved in their local community on Valentia Island.
