The Committee meets monthly. Kerry Parents & Friends Association offers a countywide Outreach Service. Outreach is the activity of providing services to any person that might not otherwise have access to those services. A key component of outreach is that the provider is not stationary, but mobile. It involves meeting someone in need of an outreach service at the location where they are and providing a community based service there.
